Nothing needed improvement - everything was great!

The hotel's location, just a few feet from a lovely beach and a 15-minute regular bus ride into the centre, made it very convenient for us. The reception staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help, which added to our positive experience. The cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast also stood out as great features.

The noise insulation could have been better, as some guests mentioned being woken up by loud doors in the building.

The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in the old town and close to all the main sights. it was easily accessible with a car, thanks to the car valet service. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our room looked brand new. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including amenities for our baby. The staff was cute and helpful, attending to all our needs. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and we enjoyed the great view of the city from our room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had the most amazing view of the Arno River from my room at La Torre Del Cestello - Residenza D'Epoca. The sight was amazing and made my stay lovely. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated with modern touches. the staff spoiled me by upgrading my room, a good surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable bed, and really good views.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. It's also just a short walk to the city center and all the famous sights of Florence. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The room was spacious and had a great view overlooking the rooftops and hills. Plus, the tea and coffee facilities and complimentary bottled water were a nice touch.

Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.
